West Bank Art Attack

I know, I'm late on this one... but I think it's absolutely brilliant, so better late than never:

Banksy (who normally doesn't show himself) hit Israel's barrier with Palestine. Take a look.

This is some of the most innovative and conceptually responsible "street" art to come along since "clean graffiti". For a self-described "fictional character", Banksy has been pretty busy.

Thought you might want to check this Flickr group out...

and, seeing the stencils in the alley behind the stinkin lincolon are fading, you have any suggestions where to get enviro friendly spray paints?
Moahahahahahaha!

Thanks, wouldpkr.

As far as environmentally-friendly spray paint brands, I'm not sure what's available - no one sells spray paint within the Chicago city limits. There are a few things to look out for, though.

After a little sleuthing, it appears that powders are slowly replacing spray paints, as only about 30% of the paint actually hits the surface (wasting the other 70%, presumably).

Chalk (sometimes mixed with charcoal) may be an option, if you can find a "safe" spray or liquid adhesive... maybe try wheat paste?

Try Eco-House for other "safe" options.

Hmm, Now that i think about it, Watercolors in an airbrush might work...
use a motorcycle/lawnmower battery to power the small compressor... all that would fit easily into a backpack...
